Pilot Privacy Notice

We process account, request, booking, message, attendance, safety, support, and payment-readiness data to operate SubjectScout. Learning materials and verification documents are private and access-controlled.

Files are uploaded to quarantine, malware-scanned, and released only to authorized participants. Download and administrative access events are logged. We do not sell personal data.

During launch preparation, payment collection is not active, and under-18 learners use free practice without teacher messaging or live classrooms. The commercial privacy notice will be reviewed before broader public launch and will confirm retention periods, international transfers, data-subject rights, and the controller address.
