Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own friends instead of joining strangers?
Yes. When you create a pod, tell us it's for friends who already know each other — your identities are never shared with anyone outside that group.
How am I matched with other students I don't already know?
Join a waitlist for your topic, and we only group students together once subject, curriculum, level, and timing genuinely match. You are never listed on a public, browsable roster — only visible to students actually matched with you.
What happens if one student doesn't pay?
Each student gets an individual payment link, and the session only runs once every payment is complete and confirmed. We never lock in a time based on partial payment.
How many students can be in a pod?
Pods currently range from 2 to 4 students, with a lower per-student price as the group grows.
Are Study Pods available for under-18 students?
Live group tutoring for under-18 students remains gated while under-18 safeguards are finalised. We do not bypass this restriction.
