Terms of Service

SubjectScout is a managed marketplace connecting adult university learners with independent teachers. A booking is not confirmed until the teacher accepts and SubjectScout confirms it.

Learners must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, respect intellectual property, and keep account access private. Teachers act independently and must follow the published teaching and safeguarding rules.

Payment, refund, cancellation, commission, tax, and payout terms will become binding only when the payment pilot is enabled and the final country-specific terms have passed legal review.
